AMENITIES Kitchen: All units are furnished with basic housekeeping items.  At a minimum, kitchens are supplied with dishes, pots and pans, silverware, cutlery, coffee-pot, toaster and microwave.  All have a BBQ.  You will need to bring briquettes, charcoal lighter, paper products etc. Bedding/Linens: Bed linens and bath towels are provided. Each bed is furnished with a mattress pad, pillow(s), blanket and bedspread or comforter.  Without exception, blankets and other linens ARE NOT to be used on the beach.  Please bring your own beach towels/blankets/chairs.  Telephones/Televisions/Internet Access: Some units have modems for internet access, some have wireless.  All units have cable or satellite TV.  Most have VCR and/or DVD players. Outgoing toll and long-distance calls are charged directly to your calling card or credit card. Parking: All rentals have parking for one car unless otherwise noted in the property description. As parking can be very limited in Mission Beach, park only in the area assigned to you (at your unit).  We have no accommodations for boats and very few spaces will fit large RVs.  Please ensure your guest’s vehicle(s) do not infringe on parking spaces that are assigned to others.  There is some street parking along Mission Boulevard, and public parking is available in South Mission Beach, Santa Clara Point, and El Carmel Point.
